From Business to Broker….

I have always loved real estate.  When I was launching my first business career as a commissioned sales rep in the “rag business” schlepping sample cases through the six New England States, I was tapped by my entrepreneur Dad to visit county offices to help him track down “heirs unknown” for property he was attempting to buy for the back taxes owed.  Later in life and an ardent Architectural Digest and Metropolitan Home reader, I was thrilled to have one of mine and my husband’s renovations featured on HGTV (Kitchen and Bath Renovations).  Together, we have bought and sold 7 properties. 

With all of this in my personal history, when making the transition from nonprofit to “what am I going to do next?” I thought it was a natural for me to become a real estate agent.  After spending the past twenty years helping women from across the country start and build their businesses, I yearned for a piece of that success and was certain real estate was the key.
